Remember me Or don't remember me??

Well,I've just finish 'REMEMBER ME" movie..A Robert's movie i would say..well,ya,i watched cos its PATTINSON..hehehehe..not a biggest fan of him actually but just admiring his 'beautiful' face..huhu..anyway this is synopsis of the story..

Synopsis:

And he commit suicide..very sad..huhu

I would give 2 out of 5 for this movie cos;-
-its so boring
-why he have to kill himself when all things is settled??,,i don't get it..
-what have to do with Alley's mom from the beginning??..

not to be mean but,i just watched the movie for Robert Pattinson's sake..huhu..

The goal is to create as much space as possible between your waist and chest so your torso appears longer and leaner, advises Krupp. The trick is to have an expert measure you instead of automatically buying the same size you always do. Head to the lingerie department at a fine department store or a specialty shop like the Intimacy boutique to get hooked up (no pun intended).

Wear a V-Neck Top
When it comes to dressing thinner, Krupp swears by V-neck tops. "The downward diamond shape optically elongates and narrows so you don't have a cutoff point where the actual neck stops, which gives the illusion of extra inches." There's just one caveat to living in V's: You must take care of the skin on your body, especially your neck and chest. Show Off Your Legs"Bare legs can be the sexiest look of all, as long as you're committed to keeping them in top form," says Krupp. To reveal slimmer legs, start by shaving. "It might sound obvious, but many women think they can get away with a little leg hair," says Krupp. (Here's looking at you, Mo'Nique.) She recommends using a good, multi-blade razor like Venus Embrace to ensure a close shave. Next, nix pastiness and cover veins with a sunless tanner or bronzer such as DuWop Revolution. What?!..It's october already??....

I can't believe its october..wow..times really flies..n i'm getting older & hopefully more mature *hehehehe*...October is the important month for me..lets just say its my *vvip++++* month..kekeke..so i'm will be posting lots and lots of event this month..

So,,lets start..now its almost a month since i'm started on a diet..can't believe,,but i managed to lose 2 kilos..wow..but i'm not that happy..but boleh la..daripada tiada kan..what i do?..i stop taking rice and lots of drinking tea and fresh milk..yeah,,trying for a healthy diet *kunun*..kekekeke..this is my menu  :-

7am:- A glass of milk (in 12 auns)
         A glass of plain water
         1 tablet of Redoxon vitamin c (should take it since i'm working in not soo healthy environment)

9am:-A glass of plain water
         Fried mee or 3 piece of kuih

1pm:-anything that available but no rice..hehehe*selalu tumpang org mkn*kekekeke
     
6pm:-A glass of milk

7pm:-Soup of the day*depends my tahap kerajinan*
         3 piece of white bread
         a glass of milk/plain water

that's it!..heeee



look nice eh?...
hopefully i cn lose some kilos by end of this month*cross finger*..wuwuwuww...
