Sunday's Fave ; Shihlin Taiwan Snacks

Its sunday!..i wake up quite late today..thinking..shihlin snacks sounds yummy to me..Here's an article and how the snacks look like..^_^

The Story of Shihlin

Thousands of Taiwanese crowd the local night markets in search of their favourite and delicious snacks, and Taipei's Shihlin Night Market is the most famous due to its very wide range of local delicacies in its small streets and alleys. If a snack is nice, you can surely find it in Shihlin! The locals say, "If Taiwan has it, Shihlin has it." With Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks®, the Taiwanese and us alike can now do the same and enjoy the wonderful street snacks of Taiwan!~

THE YUMMY MENU IN SHIHLIN
XXL Crispy Chicken~nice fragrance and its extra-extra large and BIGGG..
A large, tender and succulent piece of bone-in chicken breast, painstakingly marinated to perfection, coated with imported flour and fried to a golden crisp. A special blend of oriental spices is sprinkled on top of the crust, and the chicken is served uncut for maximum goodness..

 This one is my favorite:-
A special stock comprising 5 core ingredients, brewed over a slow flame, forms the soup base for the imported mee sua. Only handmade mee sua is used for its superior flavour and texture. A generous amount of oysters and shredded chicken is added before serving. The Handmade Oyster Mee Sua is best eaten while hot.

Just now i've ate one bowl of this mee sua..sooo super dooper yummy!! *_^

Seafood Tempura
Handmade from seafood paste infused with secret ingredients, the paste mix is painstakingly kneaded and tossed until the correct consistency is obtained. It is then flattened into small pieces and scalded with hot oil before being cut into strips and deep fried. A sprinkle of our specially blended spice powder completes this delicious and crispy Taiwanese delight!

Crispy Floss Egg Crepe
A whole, fresh egg lightly pan fried and topped with an imported spring onion crepe. The crepe is allowed to puff slightly to achieve a somewhat crispy exterior. A generous amount of crispy chicken floss is placed on top and the crepe is rolled up and cut to bite sized pieces before being served. The Crispy Floss Egg Crepe may be eaten with its accompanying sauce for an enhanced taste.*Definitely going to try this one soon*

Happy! Ricebox Set
XXL Crispy Chicken is now available with an accompanying side dish of delicious, smooth cold tofu topped with diced century egg. A tasty Taiwanese style thick sauce completes the picture and the set is served with soft, fluffy short grained rice..Have a happy tummy!
